Suggested for Large Orders
 
We do suggest Boxed Lunches over platters for the following reasons
It is easier to refrigerate a few boxes for the people that can't eat right away (food Safety)
Boxes are much more sanitary than the platters
(you don't want the person with the cough, touching the food and tongs in front of you)
A boxed lunch uses less plastic; creating less garbage for landfills (Lets take care of the environment)

sugarcane and other natural materials.
These products are biodegradable and compostable.

We can schedule an extra staff member
to deliver and set it up for you; $25.00 Charge per hour or fraction there of
Please arrange for delivery the prior week in-advance so we can schedule.

Due to the required commitment of time, staff and products, we have found the following policy to be necessary:

Ensure that you confirm your e-mail order with a call to Blue Wind at 301-737-2714.

The Customer must confirm the order they  are placing off of the regular published menu, or menu emailed from Blue Wind Gourmet staff,  with an e-mail from a personal email or corporate email account.  The Customer is guaranteeing  payment for this order through their company and, also, are committing to be personally liable for payment for goods and services provided. The Customer also agrees to pay any collection/legal/in-house accounting fees associated with the order/catering/service, etc. 

Customers are responsible for payment for orders; unless they cancel the order by email to rob@bluewindgourmet.com
and call 301-904-1454 and speak to Rob in-person, to confirm the email at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pick-up or delivery.
